About the Author
Matthew Cordell is an American author and illustrator of children's books. He won the 2018 Caldecott Medal for *Wolf in the Snow*, a wordless picture book about a girl who rescues a lost wolf pup and is then rescued in return. He is also the author-illustrator of *Another Brother* and the *Wish* series.
