About the Authors
Cixin Liu is a Chinese science fiction author born in Lushan, China in 1963. He is the most successful science fiction author in Chinese history and won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Novel for *The Three-Body Problem*, the first novel translated from Chinese to win the award. The novel is the first installment of his *Remembrance of Earth's Past* trilogy.
Ken Liu is a Chinese-American author and translator born in Lanzhou, China in 1976. He won the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 2015 as the translator of Cixin Liu's *The Three-Body Problem*.
