About This Book
Jacob Ross's debut novel is set on the fictional Caribbean island of Camaho and introduces Detective Michael Digger Digson, who investigates cases with a forensic and spiritual sensibility rooted in island culture. The novel explores police procedural and Caribbean Gothic in an original and compelling hybrid. It won the inaugural Jhalak Prize in 2017.
