Sinéad Morrissey

Sinéad Morrissey is a Northern Irish poet and Professor of Creative Writing at Newcastle University. She won the T.S. Eliot Prize in 2013 for Parallax (Carcanet Press) and is also a winner of the Forward Prize for Best Collection. Her poetry is notable for its technical precision and engagement with history, family, and place.
