About Patrick Ness
Patrick Ness is an American-British author whose Chaos Walking trilogy and standalone novels have made him one of the most celebrated voices in young adult fiction. He is the only author to have won the Carnegie Medal in two consecutive years: for Monsters of Men (2011) and A Monster Calls (2012), the latter based on a story concept by Siobhan Dowd.
