About Patricia Lockwood

Patricia Lockwood is an American poet and novelist born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1982. Her memoir Priestdaddy (2017) won the Thurber Prize for American Humor and was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. No One Is Talking About This (2021) was shortlisted for the Booker Prize 2021 and the Women's Prize for Fiction. The novel is structured as a stream-of-consciousness meditation on the internet and ordinary life. Lockwood is also known for her poetry collection Motherland Fatherland Homelandsexuals (2014).
