About Mohsin Hamid
Mohsin Hamid is a Pakistani novelist born in Lahore in 1971. He studied at Princeton University and Harvard Law School, before becoming a writer. His debut novel Moth Smoke (2000) was shortlisted for the PEN/Hemingway Award. The Reluctant Fundamentalist (2007) was shortlisted for the Booker Prize. How to Get Filthy Rich in Rising Asia (2013) was a bestseller. Exit West (2017) was shortlisted for the Booker Prize 2017 and won the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature.
