Lindsay Mattick

Lindsay Mattick is a Canadian author who wrote *Finding Winnie: The True Story of the World's Most Famous Bear*, illustrated by Sophie Blackall, which won the 2016 Caldecott Medal. The book tells the true story of her great-great-grandfather Harry Colebourn and the real bear who inspired A.A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh.
