Becky Chambers

Becky Chambers is an American science fiction author born in California in 1986. She has been nominated for the Hugo Award for Best Novel multiple times, including for *A Closed and Common Orbit* (2017) and *The Galaxy, and the Ground Within* (2022). Her Wayfarers series is celebrated for its warm, optimistic, character-driven science fiction. She won the Hugo Award for Best Series for the Wayfarers series.
