Barry Windsor-Smith is a British comics artist best known for his early work on Conan the Barbarian and for Weapon X. He won the Eisner Award for Best Graphic Album – New in 2022 for Monsters (Fantagraphics), a massive graphic novel decades in the making that explores trauma, military experiments, and monstrosity.
